... in Denmark you want, you can get married. However, you should know that there are differences between each town and region. Some places don´t require you to be there until the wedding day, whereas others require you to stay up to 4 days before the marriage appointment.
An Apostille on your marriage certificate...
... is sometimes needed in order for your marriage to be recognized in a foreign country (for example in the country of your origin). Your marriage certificate has to be authenticated from the Danish foreign ministry. The Danish marriage certificate is usually accepted in Germany even without an Apostille.

... have to return to their native country and apply for a family reunion visa (according to the Act to Implement Residence- and Asylum-Related EU-Directives which was enacted on August 28, 2007) at the German embassy there. The change of names after the wedding...
...was abolished in Denmark on the 04.01.2006. You have to change your names at the civil registry or at the consulate in your country of residence.
